Our Story

Play Lane was opened by husband and wife team Josh and Steph the Autumn of 2020. As parents of two young children, it was very clear that there was a lack of children's play centres within Solihull and with so many parents in the borough, they felt there needed to be a safe place indoors for children to play.

With 15 years of experience as a qualified Early Years practitioner, Steph understands the importance of play in children's learning and development and so Play Lane was developed with play and learning at it's core. All of our play areas have been designed with the early years foundation stage in mind and helps to support each area of early learning, all whilst having fun!!
